Our Roots
Corrales Garden Nursery is owned by lifelong gardeners Ben and Molly Schwartz.
Molly grew up on a farm in southwestern Ohio, where her parents were organic gardeners and provided all the food for their family of seven. She also holds degrees from Purdue University and Columbia University, and served in the Peace Corps in Peru. Ben learned gardening from his father, who is still active in horticulture at the age of 89. Ben is known for his fine displays at the Corrales Growers' Market and the Santa Fe Farmers' Market.
Our plants are grown under realistic conditions to optimize their performance in your garden. The varieties we sell have been thoroughly tested to ensure they are appropriate for this climate. Our cut flowers have graced many a table, including a few famous ones.
